Case 1: Incentive Programme
- Management of 15 event days for 260 participants over 6 legs: 5 in Italy and 1 abroad. The participants, the company's top sellers, did not travel as a group: each couple or family had private transport
- Interpreting and guide services for the whole programme, in 6 languages
- Management of local activities for 260 people
- Concept and creative direction of 3 gala dinners in different venues: Como, Rome, Taormina
- Management of branding logistics across the various destinations
- Coordination of team roles throughout the event days
Case 2: Awards for Top Resellers
- Full management of the welcome dinner
- Full management of the Awards Night, in historic venues in Rome
- Suppliers coordinated: table and chair set-up, florists, two separate caterers, entertainment, venue agreements, required permits

Cocktails In The City Italy Festival
An international format born in London, in its first Roman edition: three days dedicated to cocktail culture in the iconic setting of Rome's Botanical Garden, with twelve bars from across the city running in parallel, each with its own identity and logistics.
I was part of the organising team, handling supplier selection and management, multi-zone set-up, supervision of the food trucks, entertainment and industry workshops.
A complex project in the number of parties involved and the variety of operational fronts, which required simultaneous planning on several levels and solid teamwork.

Travelux Club, boutique industry trade show
A trade show and industry conference held every year in Venice, at the JW Marriott Venice. I ran two consecutive editions, March 2025 and April 2026.
- Management of 2 consecutive editions of the same trade show and conference in Venice (March 2025, April 2026)
- Coordination of the trade show and the conference at the JW Marriott Venice
- Organisation of the welcome dinner at The Human Safety Net, in both editions
- Organisation of the closing gala dinner: Teatro La Fenice (2025), Hilton Molino Stucky (2026)
- Management of set-up logistics across all venues
- Coordination of the entire conference programme, its logistics and all F&B services
Roma Bar Show 2023: industry trade show
During Roma Bar Show 2023, the international event dedicated to the beverage and mixology world, I was part of the organising team that delivered the Food Truck Village at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Eur. The work covered the selection of the food trucks and the design of the village, coordinating every aspect of it.
We also delivered the complete build of the "Peroni Nastro Azzurro Stile Capri" lounge, in partnership with a well known Italian events company. The lounge let visitors step into a Capri atmosphere, tasting the beer in a setting consistent with the brand's values.
